We process personal information about you such as your name, address, email address and telephone number and anything else that you provide us, when you contact us by filling in an enquiry form, complaints form, or placing an order, in order to respond to the enquiry or complaint you are making.  We do normally automatically add a customer email to the newsletter list so you automatically receive new information; if you do not wish this please let us know or click on the link on the newsletter to unsubscribe.

We also collect personal information when you contact us, send us feedback or complete surveys which we use to improve our services and products in the future.
